Math 2325 – Final Project

The syllabus states that you will also “work on one project of your choosing on your own”.

It is time for you to think about what you want to do. I recommend that you pick a lab from the book that we do not deal with this semester. Some projects in the book naturally extend the explorations you have done this semester. It is also possible for you to choose (with my approval) an independent project. In any case, I want you to make a definite choice by Thursday, November 6, 2003. Write a short note explaining what you will do.

The deadline for turning in the report for this additional project is Tuesday, December 9.

There is no time for the usual draft-revision process, but I encourage you to submit a draft to me for review prior to submitting your final report. I will not accept drafts after Tuesday, December 2. Only the final report will count for your grade.
